Can I cancel my Alegra shine item?

We can only cancel custom made Alegra Shine items before we have placed the order with the manufacturer.  We only have a short period of time do this so we would like to advise you to either call us or contact us on chat. 

Items that aren't custom made can be cancelled until they are dispatched from our warehouse.  Please note there are different terms for our teacher customers. If you need more information, please contact us here
