We can accept returns for all unwanted items within 28 days for UK customers and 60 days for all other territories. 

We cannot accept returns of custom made Alegra Shine items. If this has arrived faulty or has ended up faulty within 6 months of delivery, please contact us and we can advise the next steps. If you need more information, please contact us here
