Have you received my return?

All returns from the UK take up to 10 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays). During busy times the warehouse do get a lot of returns and they all arrive in our warehouse in large sacks. 
Once your return has been processed, you'll receive a refund confirmation email and the funds will be credited back to the original payment method.
