I paid for next day delivery and it hasn't arrived.
We use Evri to send orders out on a next day delivery service in the UK. For remote areas and certain parts of the UK, we will use Royal Mail to dispatch orders instead, which may incur a delay of 24 hours.
The cut off time for placing orders on a next working day delivery with Evri is 8.30pm. Orders placed after 8.30pm will only be dispatched the following working day.
If you placed your order after 8.30pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday.

I need to change my delivery option.
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we cannot amend the delivery option. If the order has not been dispatched we will normally offer to cancel the whole order, so you can re-order using the correct delivery option.
Do you accept American Express/AMEX?
