I've not got a confirmation email

We send confirmation emails within 15 minutes of you placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder on your email inbox. 

Alternatively, you may have made a typo on your email address. It's nothing to worry about, please contact us with your name, email address, order value and the items you ordered. We can normally find it with this information. 

On rare occasions, the payment fails with your bank. The full amount of the order normally clears back in your account in 3-5 working days.
