I want to make a complaint.

We're really sorry that you want to make a complaint about the service or products you have received. 

We take all of the feedback and complaints serious and our agents are specially equip to try and help solve your problem. We understand mistakes can be made by us and we will be honest and open with our customers, to prevent this happening again. 

We ask that you write everything in an email that has happened. If you have spoken to someone on the phone, please provide the date you called and the number you called off. All of our calls are recorded for training and quality purposes, so we will listen to the call prior to replying to you so we have the full picture. 

We aim to reply to all complaints within 72 hours, but during busy times this can be a little longer. Please be assured your experiences with our company are important and we will do whatever we can to turn this negative experience into a positive.
