My order has been returned to sender?
If an order has been returned back to us, this is usually because the address was incorrect or this has not been picked up from a parcel shop or you have not been in when the courier have attempted to deliver, there was no one home and there was no suitable safe place.
There are the rare occasions, where an order has been returned and it non of the above reasons.
All returned to sender orders are returned on a much lower priority so can take a few weeks to arrive back in our warehouse. If you have not received a refund after a few weeks, please contact us on chat and we can advise further.
