My payment has failed.

On the rare occasion where you browser times out, a payment could be taken and no order number created. 
In these circumstances, we do require the following information: 
  1. Date and estimated time you placed the order.
  2. Full name on the account.
  3. Amount of the order. 
  4. Items purchased. 
We do advise to make sure the payment is showing on you statements before contacting us. If the amount has been taken and you have not received an order number, please check in your junk/spam folders and if an email cannot be found, please contact us by phone, chat or email here
