When will my order be dispatched?

Our Fulfilment team work very hard to dispatch your orders within 24 hours. During our busier times of the year (especially Black Friday and Christmas), dispatch may take a little longer.

In some cases, we'll allow you to order items on our website that we don't have in stock in our Warehouse. Where this is offered, you'll see a 'Dispatches when ready' notice and an estimated dispatch timeframe once your chosen colour/size has been selected. See below:



These items are then ordered with our supplier and automatically shipped to you once available. If the supplier encounters a delay getting the stock to us, you'll receive an email update with new estimated dispatch dates.

From time to time, you may order an item that shows as available on our website, but isn't in stock by the time we're processing your order. This could be because you've ordered more than the available quantity in our Warehouse, or if the stock is allocated to another customer whilst you're at the checkout page. If this does happen, you'll receive an email notification to advise of the unavailable items and their estimated dispatch times.
