Why am I being asked to provide proof of ID after I have placed an order?

When an order is over a certain value or the billing address does not match what is registered with your bank. Our systems will flag this to our Customer Success team and we will request some further information from you as a customer. 

Once this has been received, we will approve your order and dispatch it as soon as possible. Failure to provide this information, will delay the dispatch of your order or risk this being cancelled.
